Every eligible smart ring purchased from the official metaXring online store includes long-term access to two upgrade options:
The program is available for eligible smart rings purchased directly from the official metaXring online store.
Rings purchased through unauthorized sellers, resale platforms or other unverifiable sources are not eligible.
As long as the original qualifying order remains valid and has not been refunded, cancelled or charged back, its upgrade eligibility remains active.
Lifetime eligibility does not mean free replacements or unlimited simultaneous upgrades.
Yes. Worn, scratched or damaged rings may qualify for Return & Renew.
The returned ring must match an eligible order, and its device identity must remain verifiable.
A lost ring cannot be used for Return & Renew because there is no ring to return.
However, you may still use Keep & Upgrade and receive 50% off if your original order is eligible.
No. You may select any eligible model, style, color or size available at the time of your upgrade.
Your new ring does not have to match your original ring.
Yes. Your discount is calculated from the price of the new ring you select, regardless of the price or model of your original ring.
For example, if your new ring is priced at $199:
The discount is calculated from the upgrade reference price displayed when you submit your request.
The Lifetime Upgrade discount generally cannot be combined with coupons, limited-time pricing, free gifts or other promotional offers.
Each individual ring may be returned for an upgrade only once.
The new ring you receive takes the place of the returned ring and remains eligible for future upgrades under the same original eligibility. It does not create an additional independent Lifetime Upgrade benefit.
Keep & Upgrade may be used once every six months for each eligible original order.
The six-month period begins on the date that order most recently used the Keep & Upgrade benefit.
No ownership-time limit applies. Your ring may be used for Return & Renew regardless of how long you have owned it, provided that the order and device remain eligible.
No. The six-month interval applies only to Keep & Upgrade.
Return & Renew does not have a fixed waiting period, but you must return an eligible current ring, and any previous upgrade under the same eligibility must be completed first.
Yes. A ring received through the program carries forward the eligibility associated with the original qualifying order.
It does not create an additional independent benefit or increase the frequency of Keep & Upgrade.
Each fully paid eligible ring may have its own upgrade eligibility.
If multiple rings were purchased in one order, eligibility will be recorded according to the number of eligible rings and their device information. Complimentary products and promotional gifts may be excluded unless otherwise stated.
You may be asked to provide:
Device verification confirms that the returned ring belongs to an eligible official order and helps prevent the same ring from being submitted more than once.
Rings with removed, unreadable or mismatched identifiers may be rejected.
Before shipping your ring:
Do not include unrelated personal items in the return package.
Normally, only the ring itself must be returned. Please do not include the charging case, cable or other accessories unless Support specifically requests them.
Unrequested accessories may not be returned.
The customer is generally responsible for both return shipping and delivery of the new ring.
Shipping, taxes, customs duties, accessories and service fees are not included in the upgrade discount.
For Return & Renew, your new ring will be prepared after the returned ring has been received and verified.
If the ring does not match the submitted information, Support may request additional documentation or offer a different upgrade option.
Not under the standard process.
Return & Renew normally requires the old ring to be received and verified before the new ring is shipped. Any advance-replacement option must be expressly offered by metaXring.
Yes. Unless clearly stated otherwise on the upgrade page, the replacement ring will be a new product.
Yes. The new ring is covered by the applicable product warranty and after-sales policy associated with the upgrade order.
Loss, accidental damage, misuse and other non-quality-related issues are not covered as free warranty replacements.
You may contact Support to request cancellation before the new ring ships.
If you have already returned your old ring, you may be responsible for the cost of sending it back. Cancellation may no longer be possible once the returned ring has been processed or the new ring has shipped.
If the new ring qualifies for return under the applicable return policy, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the upgrade—not the ring’s full retail price.
A returned old ring has no cash value and generally cannot be reclaimed after it has been accepted and processed.
The associated Lifetime Upgrade eligibility will be cancelled if the original qualifying order is refunded, cancelled, reversed or charged back.
No. Upgrade eligibility is linked to the qualifying order and purchasing account. It cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash or separated from the eligible purchase.
For rings purchased as gifts, the original purchaser may need to assist with order verification.
No. The benefit has no cash value and may be used only toward eligible metaXring smart rings.
It cannot be withdrawn, applied to past purchases or used for unrelated products.
Upgrade options are subject to inventory and regional availability.
You may wait for restocking or select another available option. Temporary unavailability does not remove your eligibility.
Contact metaXring Support and provide your original order number.
Once your eligibility is verified, Support will help you choose an upgrade option, select your new ring and complete your upgrade order.
