By purchasing a subscription, you authorize metaXsire to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until your subscription is canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date to prevent future recurring charges.

1. General Terms

metaXsire provides software applications ("Apps") and web-based services ("Web") designed to work with metaXsire products and digital services. We offer paid subscription plans with different billing cycles, including one-time purchases, monthly subscriptions, and annual subscriptions. Available features, benefits, and pricing are clearly displayed before checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our:

2. Subscription Billing

2.1 Available Billing Cycles

  • Monthly Subscription

2.2 Subscription Activation

Subscriptions become active immediately after successful payment. Upon activation, customers receive immediate access to subscriber-only digital content, AI features, and premium services included in their subscription plan. Digital services are considered delivered immediately after access has been granted.

2.3 Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before the next renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle using the payment method originally provided during checkout. By subscribing, you expressly authorize recurring automatic charges until your subscription is canceled. If payment cannot be successfully processed, we may retry the payment or suspend subscription services until payment is completed.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel: Account → Manage Subscription → Unsubscribe. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.

Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation becomes effective immediately for future renewals. After cancellation:

  • No future subscription charges will be made.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Premium features remain available until the subscription expires.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your subscription must be canceled before the next scheduled renewal date.

Digital Services

Digital subscriptions and digital content provide immediate access upon successful payment. Because digital services are delivered immediately after purchase, subscription fees and digital content purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. Unused subscription time, unused AI credits, or unused digital services do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Eligible Refund Requests

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations including, but not limited to:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Accidental multiple purchases
  • Technical issues that permanently prevent access to purchased services
  • Billing errors caused by our systems

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of metaXsire unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Unused subscription time
