metaXsire APP User Guides

1. Download & Update

1.1 Download

• Scan the QR code to download directly

  

• iOS: Search "metaXsire" on the App Store

  

• Android: Search "metaXsire" on Google Play

  

1.2 Update Notice

• When updating the app, please always update through your original download channel (e.g., if downloaded from Google Play, update via Google Play)
• Do not uninstall and reinstall — follow the in-app update prompt to avoid losing your works

2. User Account

2.1 Register an Account

You can quickly register using the following methods:

• Log in with Google

• Log in with Apple ID

• Log in with account → Sign Up (register with username)

  

Privacy Note: You can choose whether to bind an email during registration. After binding, you can recover your password via email.

2.2 Forgot Password

• Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the prompts to recover

  

Note: Password recovery is only available if you bound an email during registration. If not, contact service@metaxsire.com

2.3 Delete Account

1. Go to Me page after logging in

   

2. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner → Delete Account

   

3. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm

   

Note: After deletion, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered (including XCoin balance, generated content, etc.).

3. Toy Connection

3.1 Connect Bluetooth & Toy

1. Power on the toy

2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone

   

3. Open the metaXsire app and tap "Connect Toy"

   

4. Follow the prompts to grant permissions

   

3.2 Troubleshooting Steps

If connection fails, please check in the following:

• Ensure the toy is fully charged and powered on
• Enable Bluetooth, GPS, and nearby device permissions
• Keep the toy close to your phone and disconnect other Bluetooth devices
• Restart both the toy and the app
• Verify your internet connection

If you have tried the above steps:

• If the app detects the toy but still fails to connect, contact service@metaxsire.com with a screen recording and your phone model
• If the app cannot find the toy, this is a hardware issue — please contact your seller

3.3 Toy Not Found

If the toy is still not found after troubleshooting, it is a product quality issue — please contact your seller directly.

4. Feature Guides

4.1 Control

• After connecting the toy, go to the Control page

  

• The page will display the functions supported by your toy

• Use the function sliders to control vibration, rotation, suction modes in real time

  

• Use the sensitivity slider to fine-tune response intensity

  

4.2 LDR (Long Distance Relationship)

• Go to LDR in the Control page

  

• Tap "Create a Game" to generate an invitation code

  

• Send the invitation code to your partner

  

Role Description:

• Master: You control your partner's toy

• Slave: Your partner controls your toy

• DUO: Both control each other's toys

  

4.3 BioSync

Health Checking

• Connect metaXring, enter the Control page

  

• Tap the Health icon to view your health data, set sport goals, and track steps & calories

  

BioSync

• Connect both metaXring and your toy, then enter the Control page

• Tap the touch point on metaXring to adjust vibration mode/intensity

• Shake or pinch your fingers to change vibration mode/intensity

• Tap the watch icon to activate BioSync — your body excitement & hormone levels sync with toy vibration

  

Usage varies by smart ring model. For details, go to Me > Gesture Settings > Wearable

This function requires metaXring smart ring.

4.4 Toy2AVGen (Sync Video)

• Enable the toy's function in the Control page

• Go to Toy2AVGen and select a video to interact with

  

Works with:

• Regular Products: The toy's intensity automatically controls the rhythm of character actions in videos
• Sensor-Equipped Products: Real-time synchronization of character actions through your movements (shaking, thrusting, etc.)

4.5 Video Sync

• Local: Select local videos from your phone for synchronization

  

• Online: Grant screen recording permission, visit any website to play videos, and achieve synchronization

  

4.6 VR Sync

• Requires VR cardboard for an immersive experience

• After entering VR mode, video content will sync with toy actions

  

4.7 XGames

Interactive games for an immersive experience.

- BodySwap: Swap faces or bodies of characters in videos for an immersive experience

- Pose AI: Upload your photo to generate intimate videos (hugs, kisses) with your ideal partner

For more tips, tap the "?" icon in the top-right corner.

4.8 XFans (AI Virtual Partner)

• Choose your favorite AI partner

  

• Tap the phone icon to have a voice call with your AI partner

  

Call Features:

• Interact with your AI partner in a "romantic" way
• Let your AI partner control your toy's vibration
• Swipe up the screen to let your AI partner send exclusive videos that sync with your toy

For more tips, tap the "?" icon in the top-right corner.

4.9 Novel Sync

Read or listen to AI-generated stories synced with your toy.

- Read or listen to stories while your toy vibrates in sync with the plot

• Adjust playback speed freely to set your own rhythm

  

• All content is AI-generated

4.10 Kegel

Kegel exercise mode with rhythm and prompts.

- Choose male or female exercise mode based on your needs

- Multiple modes to suit different goals

- Follow the prompts and rhythm to practice pelvic floor exercises and male endurance training with your toy

4.11 My Works

• View all images and videos you have generated

• For privacy protection, works are stored only on your local device — they cannot be recovered after uninstalling the app

  

5. Subscription & Membership

5.1 Subscription Plans

metaXsire offers various subscription plans, mainly differing in the monthly XCoin amount:

• Starter — Beginners exploring the app: Entry-level, experience basic features
• Premium — Light users: Moderate XCoins for daily use
• Pro — Moderate users: More XCoins, enjoy various features
• Pro Max — Most popular: Best value, most popular plan
• Elite — Heavy users: Abundant XCoins for full experience
• Yearly — Long-term users: Best value for money, worry-free yearly subscription

5.2 How to Subscribe

• Me → Upgrade (top-right corner) → Select a plan

  

5.3 How to Check Subscription Status

1. Log in and go to Me page

   

2. Tap My Subscription

   

3. The page will display your current plan, next renewal date, and subscription status (active/canceled)

   

5.4 How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

Cancel by Yourself:

1. Go to Me page

   

2. Tap My Subscription → Unsubscribe

   

3. Follow the prompts to confirm

What is XCoin?

XCoin is the tokens in the metaXsire app, used to unlock various AI interactive features.

How to Use XCoin?

• Go to a feature page that requires XCoins (e.g., XGames, XFans)

• Follow the prompts to use XCoins to unlock or generate content

• Check your balance and transaction history under Me → My XCoin
